Turn Up The Heat

With so many fashionable events happening around the city, I'm certain you will want to arrive in head turning style.  Good news, there is a way to look amazing and not break the bank.  I will share with you a few ways to help you look fabulous on every occasion. Effortless style is the idea.  This glitter girl's response to all the oglers, "Oh this old thing, I just threw this on."

Magazines

A great way to stir your creative juices is to grab a fashion mag. Yes, most of what you will see is not for everyday women.  But, you can take a racy look and recreate it and customize it to fit you. Take these vintage photos from Vogue Italia for example.  With a little tweaking, this look will fly in any corporate office in Charleston.

Accessories

This is major to me.  Your accessories can be your saving grace or the deal breaker.  Because I have a bit of a shoe fetish, I plan every outfit around the shoes.  I know most of what we see coming down the runway is impossible to try on, and don't even think about walking.  Just consider something that is not in the safe zone this holiday. If you must, pull out that littte black dress (LBD), but make sure you throw on some vibrant suede heels or a huge killer ring. In other words, make it spicy, take it to the edge!

Tiger's Eye Ring
Oscar de la Renta
Love the Grecian influence

Manolo Blahnik
Yes, I would wear these now with tights.

Roberto Cavalli
I love the color and structure.

Valentino Bow Clutch Bag
The metallic leather will finish off any outfit.

Christopher Kane Black Layered Leather Skirt
Not your average leather skirt ladies.
If you are going to do leather, do leather.

I have these tights! Fire hot!

Fur Vest
Zikul.com
Fur is so in right now.
